Monsoon Accessorize are looking for enthusiastic sales assistants to join their Accessorize store in Heathrow. Successful applicants will be joining their new concept store and be part of an elite retail team, working to maximise sales, by providing a first-class customer experience, and maintaining the brand image

**As a sales assistant you will**:

- Provide customers with a first-class customer experience, leaving each customer feeling inspired and wanting to return
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and be confident to communicate special features and benefits to generate sales and increase customer loyalty to the brand
- Keep up to date with popular culture and have a good understanding of current trends and be able to communicate these to each customer, enhancing their shopping experience
- Follow visual merchandising principles and replenishment guidelines in store to ensure that the brand is represented at the highest level
- Take ownership to drive current targets, promotions, and campaigns in store
- Have a good awareness of the local market and develop customer opportunities and relationships
