**Job Summary**:
The Social Media Marketing Assistant will support our Social Media Manager in creating and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and content teams to curate engaging content, schedule posts, analyze data, and engage with our community across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implement tion of our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Curate, create, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media channel.
- Schedule posts using social media scheduling tools such as Meta, Twitter, Youtube, and Tiktok.
- Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas and strategies that can improve our social media performance.
- Engage with our audience through social media to create a strong network.
- Support the Social Media Manager in managing social media advertising campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team at live and online events.
- Collaborate with other departments (operations, paid media team, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
- Multitasking and analytical skills.
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this role as it involves communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing software, including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut, for creating high-quality visual content.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
