Advanced Care is seeking a confident and proactive person, who has an eye for detail, in terms of compliance and quality monitoring to join their friendly office team based in Coventry City Centre.

**Full-time or Part-time**

**Good rates of pay - £25,000 - £27,000 pro rata negotiable based on experience**

**Do you have what it takes to play an active part in a successful and dynamic home care team?**

The role is currently full time. This position is permanent and will be based at our offices in Coventry City Centre. You will need to be able to participate in the out of hours on call service, monitor and motivate staff, have a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of the Care sector would be a distinct advantage.

**Main duties include**:

- Support on all HR related matters
- Policies & Procedures in line with CQC standards
- Keeping up to date with care legislation
- Care background preferred but not essential
- Use a rostering system to complete rotas
- Excellent computer, written and communication skills coupled with customer service and phone etiquette. Able to learn to use systems that are in place
- Disciplinary/grievance procedures
- Ability to work as a team and the initiative to work alone
- Out of hours on call service working out at home
- Driving license and own transport required
- Recruitment and induction of new care staff

**Essential requirements**:

- Good IT skills
- Punctuality, Reliability and Flexibility
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- High literacy and numeracy skills
