Yolk is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Lettings Administrator to join a reputable company in the property industry who is known for delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an close knit team who excel at providing a personal service and will recognise your hard work.

**As a Lettings Administrator, you'll be**:

- Providing a professional front-of-house experience.
- Maintaining an applicant database and ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Managing office duties, including diary management, filing, and mail.
- Booking and attending viewings of properties
- Progressing lettings through to tenancy start dates.
- Handling maintenance enquiries on behalf of tenants

**What Experience You'll Bring to the Team**:

- Previous experience in sales or lettings administration would be ideal
- Experience of customer service and administration
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

**What You'll Get in Return**:

- Working hours are Monday
- Friday 9-5pm, and one Saturday every 4-5 weeks.
- Salary depending on experience £21,000-£27,000
- This role is fully office based.
- 22 days holidays plus bank holidays
- Employee Assistant Programme
- Easy parking available on the surrounding streets, this position is on the outskirts of Cardiff
