**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a Digital Merchandiser & Trading Assistant to continue our mission in delivering Ecommerce excellence. You'll be at the heart of curating and merchandising our website, using your analytical skills and creative touch. You will gain a deep understanding of customer behaviour and use this to drive decision-making processes to optimise product performance and enhance the overall shopping journey. You'll be instrumental in supporting our dynamic marketing campaigns, reflecting seasonal trends, and supporting our overall commercial success.

In this role, you will play a key role in analysing and understanding customer behaviours to maximise sales and achieve team key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll provide comprehensive daily reports on our global B2C websites, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. By collaborating closely with our Marketing and Design teams, you'll bring our seasonal campaigns and product launches to life on site. You'll be providing data and briefs whilst ensuring brand guidelines are met for a seamless online experience.

You will constantly report and analyse customer behaviour KPIs, taking action based on data insights. Your creative eye will be invaluable as you partner with our Marketing and Brand teams to craft captivating concepts for on-site journeys through visual storytelling. As the go-to expert for all front-end queries, you'll liaise with relevant teams to ensure swift and effective responses. With your proactive approach, you'll challenge the status quo and drive innovation across the business. You will support in delivering an online proposition that fully supports the brand and helps achieve our ambitious business goals. Your commercial savvy and data-driven mindset will fuel your merchandising and creative strategies.

You'll be based at our stunning Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday), with the freedom to work from home for the remainder of the week. This may flex up from time to time dependant on business needs.

**HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE**
- Ensuring all pages across the site are beautifully and strategically merchandised to maximise engagement and conversion, working in close collaboration with the WebOps team within the wider Ecommerce department to ensure all products are enabled and visible on the website
- Utilising analysis of customer behaviour, product performance reports, and sell-through data to drive decision-making processes
- Managing and maintaining trend and edit categories to support marketing campaigns and reflect seasonal trends
- Assisting in seasonal collections launches by classifying and categorizing new products effectively
- Maintaining product recommendations for coordinating products to enhance cross-selling opportunities
- Testing and improving on-site search results, managing the search dictionary on a weekly basis to enhance discoverability
- Conducting daily audits of the site to ensure all products are online and that classification and data are accurate
- Conducting regular competitor reviews to stay informed of industry trends and best practices
- Providing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting to support trading decisions, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms such as Content Square
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of user behaviour and on-site customer journeys using GA4, CS and other analytics tools
- Regularly analysing and improve taxonomy and product filters, working with the WebOps team to implement improvements
- Ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimised for search

**THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING**
- Excellent Ecommerce Merchandising experience gained ideally within the fashion, lifestyle or jewellery sectors
- Able to analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and analytics to make informed merchandising decisions
- Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across the Ecommerce, Marketing, Design and development teams
- Proficiency in Ecommerce platforms, content management systems (CMS) and analytical tools like Google Analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, contributing to a cohesive and productive work environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Both analytical and creative
- Experience using Magento is highly desirable
