**Role Purpose**

Reporting to the People Experience Manager, the People Team Administrator is responsible for all administration within the People Team and for supporting all aspects of the employment lifecycle for all employees at Chetwood Financial.

**Responsibilities**
- Administering the full employee lifecycle including hires, promotions, transfers, leavers, maternity and other employment-related documentation in accordance with the People Team and company guidelines
- Preparation of documentation and correspondence; attending confidential meetings and minute taking where required
- Own the new hire onboarding, induction and mandatory training processes
- Work with the Recruitment team to successfully and seamlessly on board new employees
- Maintaining the HR System (Bamboo HR), ensuring documentation is uploaded and employee data remains current, accurate and compliant with relevant policies and procedures

**Skills and experience**
- Must be extremely resilient and used to handling a very busy and diverse workload
- High level of attention to detail
- Must possess excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritise and deliver to strict deadlines
- Ability to remain confidential at all times
- Delivering high quality customer service
- IT literate, knowledge of the Google environment will be a distinct advantage
- Ability to show initiative and willingness to propose solutions to issues identified
- Continuously striving to find innovative solutions to challenges
- Ability to work on projects within the team

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Proven experience working as an administrator
- Experience of working in a regulated environment would be an advantage
- Experience of the Google environment
