**Rethink Mental Illness are hiring BANK Support Workers to join our **experienced and passionate Stewart Gardens - Dawlish **Service.**
**If you are looking to work more flexibly BANK work could be ideal for you - you may be retired, looking to do additional shifts around your current role or would like to work around your family commitments.**
**As a bank worker you will work flexibly - as and when required by the service.**
This service provides housing-related support for people with high support needs. The purpose of the service is to enable people placed out of area to return to Devon. The service aims to support people in gaining the skills they need to live independently.
**As a BANK Support Worker** **you will**: offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.
**I will work with the following people and teams**:
- Service Users
- Bank Support Workers / Support Workers
- Volunteers
- Team Leaders
- Service Manager
