**We are currently looking for an office administrator to join our office team.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take and process customer orders.
- Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other documents.
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems and personal computers.
- Compute, record, and proof read data and other information, such as records or reports.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, both manually and using a computer.

**Expectations**:

- High level of English (reading, writing and speaking)
- High level of Maths
- High level of accuracy
- Good level of IT skills
- Professional phone manner
- Able to manage workload
- Able to work independently or with a team
- **Must be able to work 1 Saturday every month, with a day off in the week to compensate**

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham B46 1HT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (required)
