**KM4Talent** are recruiting for a highly creative, brand ambassador to join a growing global organisation as their **Recruitment Marketing Manager**.

Currently in the early stages of developing a talent attraction strategy, this role will be instrumental in influencing the approach made to engage future employees. You will also have the opportunity to shape the voice of this fast-becoming employer ofchoice in their specialised area.

**The role is a remote position with the need to be in London 2-3 times a month.**

Key metrics of the role will center around the following:

- EVP and branding - positioning the company as an employer of choice.
- Management of all channels, online and offline, and their associatedcontent
- Execution of approved campaigns
- Building a thorough and focussed campaign calendar
- External brand communications
- Engagement of prospective employees
- Development of recruitment collateral
- Careers related event organisation/execution and occasional attendance (regional and national)
- Applicant journey with organisation
- Managing all recruitment advertising

You will work collaboratively with the Recruitment team to understand and agree the talent attraction strategy. You will constantly identify and find compelling stories within the organisation, and wider network, that reach and engage with the target audience.

Individually you will need to be a strong planner and influencer who gets job satisfaction from both quick wins and longer-term initiatives. You will be supported by internal teams made up of content/copywriters, web editors, creative designers and customerexperience to help you with your strategy. Whilst there is unlimited support you will be looked at for the ideas and suggestions and will be encouraged to constantly think outside the box while challenging yourself.

As an organisation this business operate globally with future expansion planned throughout this year and onwards. Working in a multi-disciplined business you will use your skills to attract people at varying levels from grass roots up. You will also be involvedin creating campaigns for prestigious partners who rely on the support of this business.
