Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts costs
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle repairs

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for invoicing and record keeping
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Note: Knowledge or experience in specific areas such as oil changes, transmission repairs, auto body repairs, air brake systems, diesel engine repairs, tire services, alignment, and brake repairs is highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £14.42 per hour
