**Job Description - SS&C Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS)**

SS&C is the largest global investor service provider, servicing more than 55 million investors. Continually investing in global technology and services across the spectrum of distribution channels including: Asset Managers, Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers and large financial institutions such as Banks and Insurers. Investor servicing is offered in many different countries, including the U.S., Canada, U.K., Ireland, Luxembourg, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. SS&C also services mutual fund structures in many other fund domiciles.

Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) is the business unit offering this role. GIDS delivers global omni-channel investor servicing, including contact centre, using digital services.

**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity to join a high-profile team that manages the onboarding of new clients and complex projects. In SS&C UK, clients sit across our three sectors: Funds, Wealth and Life and Pensions and are mainly in the UK and Ireland but can also involve a more European and global presence. We have a large pipeline of exciting work that is going to keep us busy. We are looking for an inspiring Delivery Coordinator who has experience of delivering multiple projects simultaneously, who has a passion for onboarding and working with like-minded individuals who want to elevate and improve how we work.

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day oversight, co-ordination and delivery of, what SS&C Wealth refer to as, ‘adopt’ models (white labelled platforms provided to IFAs to access investment products for their customers), ‘DFM’ and ‘connect’. These projects involve working with various delivery teams to schedule resource at the right time to deliver various tasks according to the project plan and ensuring scope, schedule and quality is managed effectively.

The Delivery Coordinator will collaboratively plan, monitor progress, identify & escalate risks/issues and keep both internal and external stakeholders informed throughout the on-boarding lifecycle.

**Main Purpose | Key Responsibilities**:
To work directly and regularly with the sponsors/owners and technical teams, as well as other project stakeholders and 3rd Parties ensuring projects are effectively resourced. To manage relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors).

**Sub Function**
- Verify and deliver the project scope (including management of change control).
- Manage and lead the Project Team - co-ordination of working groups engaged in project work including technical teams.
- Detailed project planning.
- Maintain the project record (e.g. RAID log, progress & financial reporting etc.) for all allocated projects and conform to standards and policies.
- Control scope producing Change Requests as appropriate in a timely manner.
- Plan resources to ensure Project deliverables are met.
- Contribute to the overall resource planning process (demand and supply) of change including escalation of resource constraints and conflicts for prioritisation and decisions directly to the Delivery Director.
- Risk, issue and dependency management.
- Project reporting - internally (and externally where appropriate).
- Stakeholder management, communication and presentation to all levels.
- Key contact throughout the project.
- Ensure adherence to framework and methodology, and required project documentation and audit trails.
- Management of early live support.
- Own and drive departmental continuous improvement initiative(s).
- On an ad-hoc basis represent the department at forums and other meetings as appropriate.

**Regulatory**
- To exercise due care and diligence, ensuring the areas the role is responsible for are organised and controlled.
- To uphold responsibilities for risk and business continuity practices as appropriate to the position the role holds within the organisation.
- To comply with the regulatory regimes in which SS&C UK operates, with particular consideration given to relevant Client Asset, Data Protection, Consumer Duty, Vulnerable Customers and Financial Crime Prevention regulations, as appropriate to the above role.
