**Customer Service Advisor, Motor Collections Department (Hybrid)**

**Job type: Full Time Permanent**

**Start date: 5th June (5 weeks training, full attendance required)**

**Interviews: 18th and 25th April**

**Location: Central Cardiff**

**Hours: 35 hours per week. Shifts between 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 12pm Saturdays (1 in 3)**

**Competitive salary and annual bonus: starting from £23,000 (negotiabe)**

**The Role**:

This is a rewarding role based in our busy, central Cardiff call centre; you can expect a friendly and flexible culture synonymous with our proposition to our customers. The role will involve, but not be limited to the following:

- You will make a real difference to our vulnerable customers in financial difficulty by having open and honest conversations about how we can best help them
- Negotiating with our customers who are in arrears for repayment of balances. This involves using your initiative to recommend the best course of action, or alternative resolutions, where necessary
- Adhering to all regulatory policies to ensure our customers are treated fairly, and the best possible outcomes are always achieved
- Demonstrating a pro-active, inquisitive, and problem-solving nature to assist our customers in vulnerable and often complex situations
