We are working with a boutique bridging lender based in the Stockport/Cheadle area who specifically specialise in bridging - this is not a large outfit however they are growing at unprecedented levels and due to their investment in case management and underwritingsystems - their technology is extremely impressive

We are recruiting for an experienced PA/Executive Assistant who has previous experience of working in Financial Services join an established team and provide strong day to day support to the MD and Senior Leadership team whilst a series of projects get underway. This is an exciting time to join the company.

The team is a small team and therefore there is a chance to be extremely influential within the business working with the MD and Senior Management

**Duties will include**:

- Extensive diary management and planning
- Expenses - collecting the necessary receipts from the MD and processing to ensure prompt payment
- Booking travel, meetings and venues
- Offer assistance with personal work related matters
- Dealing with client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner
- Offering a highly confidential, flexible administrative support function

**You will have**:

- Ability to use Microsoft suite of systems, including Outlook, Word and Excel -**strong IT Skills are a must in this role due to the companies emphasis on IT**:

- Previous experience working within a Personal Assistant (PA) at Senior Manager level is essential
- Diary management for an extremely busy Senior Manager/Exec/Board member/Owner/MD
- Highly flexible, with patience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fluid and changing working environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive & flexible attitude
- Highly self-motivated
- Able to operate with integrity, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Working to tight deadlines whilst prioritising workload
- Experience of working within Financial Services
- Enjoy working in an autonomous environment, as well as working as a team
- Have the ability to make decisions and communicate these clearly
- A confident self-starter
- Excellent numeracy skills

Salary £28 - 35k Depending on experience - this role also offers flexible working at the same time as needing to have an office presence due to the nature of the role
