Who will you be working with?

As part of the Warranty team, you will have the opportunity to join our team at the LH Group (a Division of Wabtec UK Ltd) based in Burton on Trent where we support our customers through maintenance and operation optimisation with customised solutions for spare parts, repair, and overhaul activities on existing trains.

Role: Warranty Administrator

**Salary**: £Competitive

Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, (DE13 8EN)

Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 16:00pm and Friday 07:30am to 12:30pm, 37 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time

How will you make a difference?

To assist the Warranty Manager with the day-to-day processing of Warranty Claims.

What will your typical day look like?
- Daily data input of hand-written report details onto spreadsheets and the Company Database.
- Processing Depot parts requirements and placing items on order on the company database.
- Maintaining depot agreed stock lists and checking stock take results when received - communicating any anomalies back to the customer and resolving queries.
- Support the Engineering Team with any other Administration duties as and when required.
- Receive calls with queries from other areas of the business and assist by providing the required information obtained from the database or re-direct as needed.

What do we want to know about you?
- Experience working within an office environment preferably in a customer fronting role.
- Ability to prioritise workloads whilst working accurately and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships, both internally and externally.
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
