Office Administrator

European Recruitment are looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy and fast-paced recruitment company in our Brighton office. Working within the Business Support team providing administrational support to all areas of the business.
For this position you should be able to deliver on a wide range of administrational tasks and carry out PA and HR duties as and when required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing statistical reports for management
- Overseeing projects on building maintenance
- Arranging interviews
- Assisting with the onboarding of new staff in both the UK and remotely
- Supporting staff with various technical and / or administrative issues
- Setting up meetings both face-to-face and over Zoom
- Managing diaries of senior management
- Tidying and maintaining the office
- Scanning and filing
- Posting contracts to clients
- Posting job adverts to our website
- Ordering office supplies
- Organising travel arrangements
- Helping to arrange company social events
- Ensuring the smooth day to day operations of our office
N.B. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you may be expected to perform different and ad-hoc tasks as the role evolves.
