**The job**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate various live jobs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors' performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the property maintenance or construction industry.
- Familiarity with void properties and maintenance contracts is essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of fire doors and related regulations is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license
