**Job Introduction**

The purpose of the role is to provide a professional, friendly and efficient handover service to customers collecting their newly purchased vehicles, ensuring a positive collection experience.

As a member of the Handover team you will play a key part in the smooth handover of vehicles to customers ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained. As part of the Handover team you will be responsible for presenting a professional front at all times and being a champion of excellent customer service.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Working with the customer experience team to facilitate vehicle handovers to customers
- Working with the vehicle merchandiser to ensure that vehicles are ready in a timely manner for delivery
- Working with the sales administration teams and customer experience manager/supervisor to make sure all payments and required paperwork is in order for delivery of each vehicle
- Having regular communication with customers pre handover to agree timings and documentation required including assistance with ownership transfer and taxation
- Provide customers with detailed explanations on aftercare products as required
- Carry out post-handover calls to make sure all is in order with the vehicle following delivery
- To ensure the smooth and professional handover of every vehicle to our customers
- Build and maintain relationships with all team members
- Manage and maintain systems and processes in line with Inchcape policy
- Work as part of a team
