**Integrated Urgent Care** that reduces pressures on services and staff. By bringing together NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, when they need it. It’s better for everyone.

As a
**Coordinator** at our Clinical Assessment Service, you’ll be a single point of contact and liaison for all members of this
**multidisciplinary team**, as well as other internal and external services. You’ll provide coordination and support to
**ensure the smooth running of shifts** - and respond swiftly and efficiently if there’s any breakdown in the service. This could include making comfort/safety calls to patients when required.

**Shift patterns for this role will be Mon - Fri 4pm - Midnight,**

This role will be based at
**125 Upper Richmond Road, Putney, London SW15 2TL***

- 25 days’ annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays.
