**Operations Coordinator - Global Skincare Company - London**
We are currently recruiting for a global skincare company, which is known for its quality and excellent reputation around the world. They are a company that produce the highest quality products and are sold in over 130 countries and are based in West London.
**Role**:
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to play a key role in providing excellent customer services and coordinate a number of activities around the operations of the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assistant in the daily operations of the business
- Manage day-to-day customer order fulfilment (B2B)
- Provide excellent customer service to their distribution clients to help resolve any issues
- Receive, process and route orders and order changes, tracking for timely response
- Processed credits, returns and delivery discrepancies using SAGE
- Lead cross-functional communication with carriers and logistic team
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Coordinator/Assistant role or similar
- Experience with Sage, BI or SAP
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving, issue resolution, influencing and prioritization skills
- Superb organisational skills
**Package**:
