**What you'll do**:
As a Forecasting Specialist, you’ll be helping to deliver a high level of customer service through effective people scheduling and resourcing. As such, you’ll be creating robust and effective resource plans which consider scheduling, recruitment and demand planning, ensuring a broad awareness of key business objectives and changes so you can understand the impact on resourcing and scheduling.

You’ll also be:

- Providing ongoing analysis of workloads to determine the anticipated demand
- Utilising existing tools and helping to develop new tools and models to effectively allocate work
- Coaching line managers recruitment best practice and how to optimise their resource
- Working with resourcing teams to make sure that working patterns match the workload and customer demand model

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with a background in data analysis and good analytical and problem solving skills. You’ll have the ability to analyse and understand business issues and the impact that solutions have on a business, demonstrating a robust analytical approach to more complex requirements.

On top of this, you’ll bring:

- Knowledge of forecasting and scheduling tools and systems
- Experience of working with budget forecasting and target modelling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A broad understanding of HR, resourcing and cost management principles and culture
- Good Microsoft Office skills
