Data Entry and Office Administrator

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Input data with source documents, enter data in verification format to detect errors
- Establish & maintain systems to ensure that all files, letters, reference manuals
- Duties scanning, faxing, and electronically filing documents
- Respond to customers enquiries in a professional manner
- Type in data provided directly from customers
- Record keeping & filing of all paper work
- Performs other duties as assigned
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Must have 1-2 years experience in data entry role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Enjoy working to deadlines having great time management
- Intermediate skills in MS Office including, Word, Excel and Power point
