As a HR Assistant you will report to the HR Manager and assist in the recruitment life cycle. You work will include all aspects of recruitment administration, interviewing, onboarding and providing reports relating to the recruitment and retention strategy.

We are looking for someone who wants to continue developing their career in HR and gain experience providing administration and project support across the business. You will need to be driven and determined, super organised and have a genuine interest in the full HR lifecycle. This role will provide you with exposure to HR across a multitude of areas.
In this role you will provide a first class administration service, supporting the team in delivering all HR and recruitment - so there’s lots of variety and it’s a busy work load. You need a 'can-do’ attitude, lots of self-motivation and a desire to learn

**What will you be doing**:
- Support the recruitment process from end to end, overseeing all steps from requisition approval to offer and subsequent on boarding.
- Identifying suitable advertising channels, placing external adverts, and managing response
- Updating the company website and social media channels with recruitment updates and new roles
- Advertising new opportunities through internal communication channels
- Building relationships with external recruiters and attending recruitment events
- Working with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.
- Maintaining and updating an applicant tracking system
- Screening CVs for potential match to live and future roles
- Enrol new employees on the HR and training systems and monitor to ensure mandatory training is completed.
- Arrange induction training and completion of new starter paperwork.
Assist with other HR administration and projects when needed.
**What do we need from you**:
- 1 years’ experience in a HR or Administration role or a HR, business or Psychology degree with relevant work / placement experience
- A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team to deliver together
- Good at managing your time and priorities
- An eye for detail and passionate about providing high quality service
- Research and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and generate ideas
- The desire to keep up to date with what is happening in the world and changes to employment law and HR practices.
- Be comfortable to travel and have a driving license to visit client offices when needed.
