You will have experience of working in a financial setting and providing a high level of customer service. With a talent for retaining information, you will help academics to maximise their use of funding and adhere to the terms and conditions of the funder. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely submission of invoices and expenditure statements and have the ability to foresee any likely budget issues throughout the term of the funding.

Working as part of a team but with the ability to work independently you will possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills and be confident in dealing with individuals at all levels of seniority.

The Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute (CRUK-CI) is a department of Cambridge University. It has the specific goal to harness the scientific strengths of Cambridge to solve problems encountered with the treatment, diagnosis and prevention of cancer.
