AES Smart are a **meter equipment manager (MEM)** working on behalf of some of the biggest energy suppliers in the UK.

As a MEM, it is our responsibility to manage client meter points (both gas and electric metering systems) and the industry data alongside this, with one of our main activities being the installation of smart meters in domestic premises for our clients.

As a Field Resource Admin, the purpose of the role is to manage customer and client queries, as well as overseeing the workflow for our Field Services department.

**PLEASE NOTE: This role is office based, Monday-Friday, in Enfield, EN1.**

**Key Responsibilities**

Managing and allocating the Field Service workflow

Dealing with customer feedback and resolutions

Assisting the Team Leaders in scheduling and resource allocation

Updating customer account and appointment information

Continuous monitoring of Field Service engineer’s appointment attendance and time management

Providing basic level technical and product knowledge to customers around the smart technology used

**Desirable Experience**

Customer Service/Support experience from an office or call center environment
