**What you'll be doing;**

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be aligned with our Corporate, Commercial Sales and IWE Business Development functions within Veolia UK.

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be accountable for partnering with ExCo, ExCO direct reports and senior stakeholders across the business, as well as the wider HR team. As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will create and drive a talent acquisition strategy that delivers the right people in the right place at the right time at the right cost.

The role will manage a small team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Acquisition Advisors who own the end to end recruitment process for dedicated business areas. You will translate workforce plans, market insight and strategic objectives to the team, ensuring that vision is translated into reality in the form of SMART objectives and tasks for the team.

You will lead and support on Inclusive Recruitment Pathways initiatives as well as additional HR projects. In conjunction with the Employer Brand & Attraction Specialist, provide people analytics, stories and experiences that aligns Veolia’s employer brand to culture, purpose and values.

The role is responsible for the delivery of senior vacancies (GGS) as well as HR positions.

**What we're looking for;**
- Proven experience in a strategic senior talent acquisition business partner role, managing a team.
- Previous experience of workforce planning to meet resource demands
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
- Ability to build credible relationships at a senior level.
- Experience working in a matrix environment.
- A strategic thinker who can translate vision into reality and who can be hands on when required.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to build team dynamic.
- Proven track record in innovative recruitment campaigns and utilisation of direct and digital sourcing methods.
- A drive for continuous improvement.
