Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 40 Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm

Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3 months, likely to be extended

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for supporting a team of Recruiters and administering the on-boarding of a diverse range of talent. With a significant focus on customer service, you will act as a point of contact for recruitment and on-boarding enquiries

The role will mainly include interview booking which will involve speak to candidates on the phone and sending out interview confirmations.

Faced paced, requiring a high organized individual with great attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE’s in English/Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Good communication written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
