**The Role**:
NHS Lanarkshire have an excellent opportunity for a Secretary, based in Bellshill Health Centre. The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team, including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.

**What we'll need you to bring**:

- RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
- Proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Extensive secretarial experience in an equivalent position is essential.

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Possess or be working towards ECDL or equivalent
- Previous experience in health care/social care setting
- Experience of handling sensitive information
- Proficient in audio typing

**Contract type**:
Permanent

Full time

37.5 hours

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based at Bellshill Health Centre

The working pattern for this role is: Monday
- Friday 9-5pm
