We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day setup and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and Google. You will play a crucial role in driving brand visibility, increasing conversions, and maximising return on investment (ROI).

As a Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to manage million-pound budgets for a diverse portfolio of brands Your knowledge in campaign management, optimisation, and performance analysis will contribute to the success and growth of our marketing efforts. Join our marketing team and play a vital role in driving targeted traffic, increasing conversions, and achieving marketing goals.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Campaign Setup and Management:

- Create and set up paid media campaigns, ensuring they align with marketing objectives.
- Select target audiences and budgets based on campaign goals and target demographics.

Ad Copywriting:

- Write compelling ad copy that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Craft persuasive messaging to capture the attention of target audiences.

Asset Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with the Design team to acquire the necessary static and video assets.
- Select relevant and engaging assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Provide feedback to the Design team on which ad assets are resonating with the audience.

Budget Monitoring and Optimisation:

- Continuously monitor and adjust paid media budgets to maximise campaign performance and ensure the campaign is achieving its target ROAS.
- Analyse underperforming ads and identify reasons for their inefficiency.
- Optimise campaigns by changing audience targeting, ad placement, or creative elements.
- Utilise Wicked reports and data analytics to make informed budgeting decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads to experiment with different variables to determine the most effective strategies for maximising engagement and conversions.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Collaborate with the Purchasing team to ensure sufficient stock levels for successful campaigns.
- Attend monthly marketing meetings to report on the performance of ads.
- Maintain and update attrition models to accurately measure earnings per subscriber (EPS) and determine the target cost per order (CPO).
- Serve as the go-to person for general reporting, delivering comprehensive insights on campaign performance and key metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience or an interest in analytic tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Design and Purchasing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple social media campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to report campaign performance and recommendations.

**Salary**: £22,000
