To help achieve our goals, we’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic **Social Media Executive **with paid campaign experience to join our creative team.

As a Social Media Executive at b4b, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of social media campaigns, including influencer marketing, for some truly amazing brands. With use of our in-house creative video and photography studio, the latest technology and joining an experienced team of creatives - this is a real chance to bring innovative campaigns to life and take your career to the next level.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and implement new social strategies and oversee paid campaigns, deliver new content ideas, develop key client relationships and keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the social media service offering for our clients to drive client excitement, satisfaction and revenue
- Work closely with clients & internal team to devise social strategies that engage audiences and deliver results
- Execute a cohesive paid social media service for our clients, delivering value through our other available in-house services and generating new income opportunities for the business
- Assist with the development of strategy, creative campaigns and presenting of ideas to prospects
- Enhance relationships with our partners and influencers to strengthen our social media offering
- Monitor social media developments and ensure your work is capitalising on new and emerging trends and technologies

Requirements of the role:

- Proven experience in working in a digital or social media agency, or in-house social media role: 2+ years
- Track record in planning and delivering social content
- Ability to think strategically and develop social media strategies
- Experience of executing paid social media campaigns
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
- A highly organised, enthusiastic and passionate approach to your work
- Strong copywriting and presentation skills

Please note that you will be required to be in the office (Poole) 5 days a week during your probationary period. After which, we operate a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office in Poole, 2 days working from home.
