Butler Rose is delighted to be exclusively partnered with this dynamic and influential tech company that requires an experienced FP&A Analyst/Lead to join their team.

Working directly with the CFO, for this innovative PE backed business, you will be working with key stakeholders to analyse financial performance and trends in order to support management in calculating strategic and financial decisions.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating budgets as well as tracking spend variance, providing guidance to assist budget holders
- You will be involved with the development and implementation of FP&A tools.
- Cost analysis & cash flow forecasting
- Creating financial models to support the forecasting, budgeting and long-term financial planning of the business.
- Creating reliable, data driven and accurate monthly forecasts.
- Responsibility for the annual preparation of R&D claims
- Supporting with reconciliations and cost bridges for corporate finance
- In addition, you will identify areas for process and procedural improvement and carry out any further ad hoc reporting & analysis

Who are we looking for
- You will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified (essential)
- Ideally, you will have previous experience within a tech / SaaS environment with an understanding of relevant metrics
- Prior experience within a PE backed company (desirable)
- You will have demonstrable experience within financial and analytical roles
- It is essential that you are a confident user of MS Excel as well as having strong capability with reporting/analytics tools
- You will be a good relationship builder and communicator with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely
- You will be working with a great supportive team, in a busy environment, so the focus is on being highly motivated, working in a forward thinking manner, with relative autonomy and mínimal guidance.
