The operational controller is responsible for controlling company's revenues and labor costs, and for providing management with insights that help them in the decision making process. Prepare and manage revenue reports, KPIs and analysis
Monitor revenue performance and provide accurate and timely monthly variance analyses between actuals, budget, latest forecast and prior year by practices.
Support FP&A by providing revenue/billing analysis and reports as needed
Prepare and manage reports, KPIs and analysis as well as forecasts for company labor cost, FTEs and headcounts.
Monitor performance and provide accurate and timely monthly variance analyses between actuals, budget, latest forecast and prior year by practices.
Support FP&A by providing labor cost, headcounts and FTE analysis and reports as needed.
Support and work together with HR function to control payroll and labor cost and headcounts evolution.
Function as a financial business partner for the Human Resources team.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. High level of proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Good Level of English
