**a Technical Service Advisor **to join their expanding team on a full-time permanent basis, based at their head office in Belper.

Please note the below Technical Service Advisor role will be based on-site so you would need to live in Belper/Derby or the surrounding areas and be able to easily commute to this location.
**This is not a remote position**.

**What duties would you be doing within the Technical Service Advisor role?**
- Working as part of a small team within the Service Technical Department,
- Providing technical advice to external Gas Safe Registered Engineers and End Users.
- Providing service and technical support for the Renewable and Commercial department.
- Engage with customers so to better understand how to support them through the purchase / installation processes.
- Give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy demonstrating a good technical aptitude.
- Delivering excellent customer service showing you understand customer requirements.

**What will you bring to the Technical Service Advisor role?**
- At least 1 year's previous customer service/technical experience in the same or similar role is ideal.
- Previous telephone customer service experience / working within a contact centre environment is desirable.
- The successful individual will be able to demonstrate a passion for providing excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability to interpret technical information and instructions.
- You will be able to give technical spares advice with clarity and confidence and have the ability & drive to self-learn.
- Demonstrate the drive to deliver world class service to our customers at every opportunity.
- You will enjoy working in a target driven environment and work hard towards achieving your KPIs.
- Knowledge of our products is desirable but not essential as full product training will be given.
- You will have a flexible approach to working hours and excellent communication skills.

**Where is the Technical Service Advisor role based?**
Our client is based in Belper, so if you live in Belper and the surrounding areas, that's great and should be an easy short commute. If you drive, free on-site parking is available. If you don't drive, there are bus stops within a 5-10-minute walk to the site, and 20-minute walk from Belper Train Station.
