We are currently recruiting for a detail orientated Personal Assistant to join our team. The Personal Assistant will support the General Manager who oversees the management of our Hotel, Restaurants, Spa, Retail Brand, and 600 acre country estate.
Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant will include:
- To support the General Manager in achieving their daily objectives and offer assistance to the Senior Management Team as required
- Be a professional ambassador for the hotel at all times
- Providing the General Manager with support in tasks such as procurement, sourcing information, consolidation of expenses and minute taking
- Providing support and guidance to the wider hotel team
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office programs
- A warm, friendly, approachable personality

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure all guests and visitors receive a warm welcome and a lasting first impression of Thyme.
- Manage online and phone reservations for all areas of the business
- Provide information about Thyme, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Coordinate the Porter team.
- Act as the point of contact for all Thyme guests and to deal with all situations in a polite and courteous manner.
- Check public arears are kept clean, and presentable at all times
- Take and directing calls through a switchboard
- Complete administrative tasks e.g. filing, delivering and accepting mail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
