**We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented fleet administrator to join a market leading commercial dealership based in South Normanton.**
**Duties**:
- Help to coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of vehicles, including regular servicing, inspections, and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance history, expenses, and warranties.
- Communicate with drivers and field staff to address maintenance issues and ensure compliance with company policies
- Stock control including ordering of materials and parts as per Line Manager authorisation, ensuring best prices are obtained and records are maintained.
- General administrative duties.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience within the automotive industry or similar
- Reliable, flexible, positive and professional
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Basic data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
