Women’s Best was founded in 2015, and has grown to be loved by 4m+ female fans and customers across 150 countries, who use our high quality sports nutrition and apparel.

We sell across a number of sales channels, both 1st and 3rd party eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale and Marketplaces globally, with the UK, USA & EU being key markets for us to grow awareness and market share.

Today, the business is run exclusively from Innsbruck, Austria where our co-founders, David, Lukas & Thomas lead a team of 100+ people and while we love our incredible hometown, finding the volume of experienced talent we need to continue our growth has been really difficult.

So, we opened an office in central London in 2023, which is home to the majority of our commercial / demand creation functions going forwards, leaving our Innsbruck HQ to manage the majority of our back office / administration.

We also created our operational board, where this role will sits; working closely with our co-founders, allowing them to move away from day-to-day trading activity to focus more on the business’ 3-5 year plan, where we believe revenues of €500m are achievable.

**About the role**:
Reporting to our Operations Director (Innsbruck), you’ll work in the UK, working closely, in partnership with our numerous distribution centres to extend and enhance the quality and number of shipping / courier options we present to our customers globally. You’ll need to negotiate rates, analyse shipping delivery times and success rates, secure credits / compensation for delivery failures alongside working closely with each distribution centre to reduce pick, pack, dispatch errors. You’d be the first point of contact for our network of distribution centres.

**_Responsibilities include..._**
- Lead and manage our network of 3PLs / Distribution centres globally, ensuring our SLAs are met
- Monitor Storage Capacity utilisation and Prepare expansion solutions
- Lead and manage last mile delivery partners/couriers to improve cost, reduce time and errors so our customers have a great ‘wow’ experience
- Work closely with our Customer Support and broader Product / Operations team to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Lead our Procurement Team and make sure goods are shipped cost effective, in time and reliable from our supplier to our DC’s
- Own the Logistics section of our supplier manual and monitor/report supplier compliance
- Set and meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

**About You***:
**_ Experience_**
- 5+ years working experience as a Logistics Manager / Head
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management for omnichannel retail brand/s
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Strong planning skills
- Logical and systematic approach to work
- Good time management, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategically and laterally
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Business management and analytical skills
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Tech literacy, skills in Excel and the ability to handle electronic data
- Understanding of risk management in the context of the full order / product cycle
