We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join the Haematology Outpatient team on a Level 2 Apprenticeship. You will be working alongside a great team, as well as providing excellent customer services to our patients. You will have effective verbal and written communication skills, and will enjoy working as a team member. You will be able to cope under pressure in a busy working environment. Haematology Outpatient Clerk/Receptionist Apprentice Level 2
To provide an effective service as part of the administrative team within Haematology Outpatients.
Training for the role will be provided on site, the successful applicant will also be required to work towards a Level 2 apprenticeship:
- Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration
- Undertake self-directed study, keep records of study time and manage own learning time. Communicate effectively with Apprenticeship Tutor.
- Undertake End Point Assessment tasks which could consist of professional discussion, test, project or observation - this will be organised between the Trusts and training provider and is an externally led assessment which determines the successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Fixed term contract for 18 months undertaking a level 2 apprenticeship.
