Exam Training Apprenticeship Administrator

We are looking for an administrator to join our dedicated apprenticeship team working in the Exam Training department to ensure the excellent administration of all programmes within the Tolley brand.
- This position would really suit someone who has worked in the education area (Schools, training/learning, University or College) but we could consider recent graduates with administration experience._

Main responsibilities will include:- Onboarding apprentices, including reviewing and processing of required paperwork and setup on various systems- Creating and agreeing study plans and pricing schedules for apprentices- Preparing and reviewing progress reviews for our apprenticeship coaches- Completing course bookings and deferrals- Processing programme change requests as well as break-in-learning and leaver paperwork- Ongoing tracking of apprenticeship progress using our VLE’s- Supporting the team on our apprenticeship webinars- Ensuring compliance with ESFA and Ofsted- Liaising with our commercial Exam Training team, including members in Bangalore, India- Perform any other duties as assigned

- Excellent and demonstrable organisational skills- Strong command of English, both written and verbal- Proven ability to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload- IT literate (MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook)- Self-motivated and eager to learn- Customer focused
