Customer Account Manager

**My Cannock based Automotive Company are looking for a Customer Account Executive to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This is due to expansion and an increase in business within the company.**
**Duties: -**
- Provide sales & contract management support for the company’s key client.
- Managing every aspect of the account from the outset
- Raising pricing and maintaining the price matrix
- Liaising with lease company to ensure all purchase orders are received.
- Booking in vehicles
- Producing weekly reports
- Dealer to ensure delivery to the customer is arranged in line with their expectations.
- Updating the customer on the progress of works and advising if any improvements in relation to the product or service at all times.
- Updating and maintaining records on system
**Key Skills: -**
- Ideally have worked within account management previously within a B2B environment.
- If you have worked within the Automotive sector this would be advantageous.
- You will need to be customer-orientated and possess excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer relationship management.
- You will have worked in a sales environment previously and be familiar with a CRM system.
- Good IT skills to include MS Office
- Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Organised, good time-management and negotiation skills.
**This is a full-time position based on 37.5hrs per week (2pm finish on Fridays).
