The HR Business Partner will work as part of the HR Team and will report directly to the Head of HR. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering against the organisation's strategy from an organisational development perspective.

The HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

- Develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and managers across the organisation in order to understand resourcing challenges including performance and development support
- Coach, mentor and develop the management community to develop an expert workforce
- Ensure all activity contributes to the positive cultural development of the organisation
- Drive a culture of accountability through employee engagement activities
- Support with the upskilling of the organisation by developing performance reviews and by establishing learning and developmnet requirements
- Handle all HR related OD projects and improvement projects and act as the "go to" for these in the organisation
- Ensure all activity falls in line with UK employment law and compliance
- Develop HR Policy

The HR Business Partner Skills:

- Previous experience handling change projects in a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- Exccellent stakeholder management skills
- Able to prioritise working day and work under mínimal instruction
- Able to work in the office
- Previous experience of working in evolving environments, ideally within educational sector or equivalent.
