Primary Care Pharmacy Technician

We are looking for self-motivated Pharmacy Technician with good attention to detail and problem solving skills to deliver patient focused pharmaceutical care.
You will be motivated, and passionate about patient care and will require excellent interpersonal skills to engage the stakeholders in the implementation of operational excellence relating to medicines use.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
1. Communicates with pharmacy staff in other sectors and with other healthcare professionals to ensure a patient orientated medicines management service is provided. Works closely with pharmacy colleagues to adopt a team approach to medicines management, acting as a key member of the multidisciplinary and wider pharmacy team, providing medicines management advice to healthcare professionals, patients and carers.
2. Assist in the delivery of pharmaceutical education relating to medicines management for pre-registration pharmacy technicians, trainee pharmacists, other healthcare professionals and non-registered staff.
