Facilitating the smooth flow of work through the dispensary making sure all people involved in the process, including patients and staff are provided with necessary information to ensure that patient’s medication supply needs are met as a priority.

Operating computer systems based in the dispensary and provides administrative and clerical support for dispensary related work.

**Dispensary duties involve**:
- Assist in the labelling, dispensing and preparation of prescriptions which have been clinically checked by a pharmacist ready for final checking and in the supply of pharmaceutical products ensuring patients medication supply needs are met as a priority.

Operates computer systems necessary for dispensing and ensures all information relating to dispensed items is accurate and documented/stored appropriately.

You will be required to undertake the QCF Level 2 in Pharmacy Services. For this reason we prefer applicants to have GCSE grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English language. The opportunity to attend other appropriate courses may be possible.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
