Lincoln, United Kingdom Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Full time

We are excited to advertise for a Team Administrator for the newly forming Lincolnshire Virtual Autism Hub. This is an opportunity for a motivated, skilled and passionate individual to provide administrative support to all members of the team within the Hub for 3 days per week. This would include providing a full and efficient secretarial and clerical service.

Whilst the Hub will initially be hosted under Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust, the intention is for the Hub and its staff to become a separate community organisation over a 3 year period.

The Virtual Autism Hub has a clear ethos of co-design and co-production to enhance local community support offers for the wider Lincolnshire autistic community. The Hub will work closely with the voluntary sector, in particular local, volunteer-led support groups. The Hub will strengthen and develop volunteer-led community support for autistic adults, CYP and parent/carers, increasing the range, breadth and reach of these groups.

Manage own workload, seeking advice when required, performing routine office procedures including typing of reports, letters and other documents, opening and distributing correspondence, dealing with outgoing post, photocopying, filing and faxing in accordance with current trust procedures

Assist in the proper functioning, maintenance and fault reporting of central equipment used by the team, eg photocopiers, printers, computers etc.

Work in partnership with other agencies including but not exclusively Lincolnshire County Council, GP’s and private and voluntary hospitals and care homes

Produce accurate reports and data in a professional format for commissioners and others the accuracy of which carries financial implications, this may include graphical presentation as directed.

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health services and a number of learning disability, autism and social care services in the county of Lincolnshire. Employing around 2,800 staff, and serving a population of over 766,000, our people lie at the heart of everything we do.

You could be part of a Trust rated by staff as one of the best mental health and learning disability trusts in England, in an area heralded as a fantastic place to live and work. We firmly believe the key to high quality care is a contented workforce. This is reflected in our Care Quality Commission rating of ‘outstanding’ for well-led and ‘good’ overall. In the most recent National NHS Staff Survey, our staff rated us as the number one trust nationally for staff morale and one of the top scoring NHS Trusts in the Midlands for being compassionate and inclusive. We’re really proud of this

We are also leading the way in transforming care, with multi-million-pound transformation of patient environments and radical redesign of community services.

This is the time to join and help redesign our services of the future. We offer options for flexible working and provide a wide range of training and promotion opportunities in all professions. We support and celebrate diversity, have active staff networks groups and are always looking at what more we can do to support our staff.

As the team administrator you will be responsible for undertaking administrative / secretarial duties in support of activity within the team, ensuring administrative support is available to all members of the team as appropriate.

You will be expected to assist in the daily administration of the service and to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the service.

You will also be expected to offer administrative / clerical duties on behalf of the Lincolnshire Autism Partnership Board.

Key responsibilites include using word processing skills, to provide a typing support to team managers including reports, letters, memorandum, minutes, presentation materials and rotas, dealing with incoming mail/phone contacts, the provision of minute taking, preparation and distribution service and maintaining details of the team’s whereabouts and diary management and maintaining and update the service area of the Trust Intranet site.
