Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle tax-related tasks, such as preparing and filing tax returns
- Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Conduct technical accounting research and provide recommendations
- Complete bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial report writing, budgeting, tax regulations, governmental accounting, account analysis, technical accounting, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, accounts receivable management, and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
