We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to work every Sunday and Monday, from 6am until 2pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of service for breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, fruits, and beverages.
- **Set-Up and Display**: Set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring that all food items are arranged attractively and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Service Assistance**: Greet guests warmly as they enter the breakfast area, assist with seating if necessary, and provide information about available food items. Offer assistance to guests with special dietary needs or preferences.
- **Restocking and Replenishment**: Monitor food levels throughout the breakfast service, replenishing items as needed to ensure a consistent and appealing presentation. Keep condiments, utensils, and other supplies fully stocked.
- **Cleanliness and Sanitation**: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area at all times. Regularly clean and sanitize tables, chairs, serving utensils, and food display areas. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure that all equipment, including toasters and coffee machines, are clean and in good working order. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have promptly and courteously. Anticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to ensure their satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the breakfast team, including cooks, servers, and supervisors, to coordinate tasks and maintain a smooth flow of service. Communicate effectively to ensure that all team members are informed and working together efficiently.
