Eclypse Recruitment is searching for a Theatre Practitioner in Recovery to join this hospital based in Salford. Our client has been providing an extensive range of surgical, medical and day care wards for many years and success shows in CQC status and localreputation.

We are looking for an experienced Theatre Practitioner to work within this busy hospital with focus on Recovery.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their passion, enthusiasm and commitment to recovery theatre nursing and willingness for continuing professional development. You must be an effective communicator, organised and have the ability to make decisionswithin your scope of practice.

As a Theatre Practitioner at this hospital in Greater Manchester which covers a wide variety of procedures, you will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet thepatient's needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.

You will be a Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner with recovery experience and be used to working in teams with minimum supervision.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in recovery in operating theatres
- Registered with the NMC or HCPC - Registered Nurse or ODP
- Genuine interest in working in a theatre/ surgical setting

**As a Theatre Practitioner excellent attractive salary £32,000 - £36,000 per annum + excellent benefits package and 35 days A/L**
