The Role
- Working closely with existing Relationship Management and Business Development teams.
- Provide day to day support to the Relationship Managers
- Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries promptly and efficiently
- Specific responsibilities include:

- Processing client assignments, schedule uploading and overpayment requests
- Preparation of documentation for amendments and variations
- Assisting in the new client take-on process:
? Preparation of customer files for new clients

? System and bank account set up

?Interfactor transfers (where applicable)

? Completing Land Registry and Credit searches
- Maintenance of live files, including collection, processing and analysing of MI and bank statements
- Dealing with client terminations and assisting in any collect outs
- Supporting Relationship Managers on client visits
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Act with integrity at all times
- Ability to work to tight timeframes and deadlines
- Operate proactively, taking responsibility and ownership for own workload
- Strong focus on personal development and learning
- A team-player with a positive, can-do attitude
