The successful applicant will have considerable administrative experience, high speed accurate word-processing skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with the public, staff and other agencies on sensitive and complex issues. You will have proven ability in organising meetings and taking accurate minutes on a laptop. You must also be able to operate in a highly confidential and professional manner at all times.

You need to be flexible, able to work under pressure and the ability to work to tight deadlines is also essential. You will also be self-motivated, have good people skills as effective teamwork is essential and be confident and of a smart appearance.
