Warehouse Administrator

We at **GXO** are currently looking for a** Warehouse Administrator** to join us at our **Hams Hall** site. You will be working on a **full-time, permanent **basis, **40 hours** per week, **Monday - Friday **from **08:00 -16:00** (with some flexibility required).

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support the inventory team to ensure all administration tasks are completed accurately
- Support operational colleagues on shop floor, this may include picking, packing, sortation as well as other shop floor related tasks. Training will be provided
- Book orders both inbound and outbound as well as courier partners
- Maintain departmental spreadsheets and / or reports as required to ensure the integrity of KPI data
- Support and contribute to an effective shift handover process

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Strong understanding and knowledge of warehouse routines and systems
- Experience in date entry and maintenance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT knowledge and ability to work your way around systems
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
