Housing Services are looking for an apprentice to support the delivery of the Island Homefinder Service and to provide administrative support to the Housing Team. This role will suit an organised individual, with a professional and positive approach to work.

You will receive the necessary training and support to be able to confidently answer Island Homefinder enquiries and process housing register applications.

You’ll gain on-the-job experience learning new skills through undertaking a range of administrative tasks, as well as undertaking a Level 3 Housing and Property Management qualification.

In this exciting role, you’ll work within a small team supporting each other to deliver an excellent service. The wide range of skills and knowledge gained throughout the apprenticeship would provide an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking to develop a future career within Housing.

The duration of your role will be fixed term for 2 years (or until completion of the apprenticeship qualification, whichever is sooner), however there may also be an opportunity to progress into a more permanent role within the team following successful completion of your apprenticeship.
