On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a **Whistleblowing Investigator** for an initial 6 month contract based in the banks London Offices, on a hybrid working model, on a PAYE engagement.

**Purpose of the role**:
You will be joining the Whistleblowing Central Function (WBCF), a dedicated team within Anti Financial Crime - Anti Financial Crime Investigation tasked with the review, logging and triage of escalations, thus ensuring appropriate follow-up of reports alleging possible violations of laws, rules, regulations, or policies and procedures. The WBCF operates in a dual hub model with personnel located in London and Frankfurt and oversees the Deutsche Bank Whistleblowing program globally.
**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for intake, triage, escalation, allocation and documentation of reports and whistleblowing matters including oversight of matters triaged by other WBCF operatives.
- Responsible for compiling information materials on Whistleblowing including development of case summaries / case studies in an appropriate format
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on Whistleblowing
- Support the function in developing the global Whistleblowing framework further; independently drive different change topics and update processes, procedures, and guidelines in line with changing regulatory requirements.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism, the ability to handle sensitive information, good judgment and a high level of discretion
- Excellent understanding of whistleblowing regulation and/ or whistleblowing reporting channels/and or experience handling of escalations within a similar area such as Employee Relations/Finance
- Experienced in conducting and or supporting internal investigations into fraud and misconduct
